Does my computer have to stay on?
No. The bots run on our servers. You can close the panel and switch your computer off, and the chat is still there when you come back.
Is my Minecraft account safe?
You sign in at Microsoft, in a window of theirs. We never get to see your password, and you can disconnect the account in the panel again at any time.
What does it cost?
The first server slot is free and stays free. Every further one is paid from your credit balance, for 30 days at a time. The plans are on the pricing page.
What happens when my credits run out?
The slot simply stops renewing: the bots stop, nothing is deleted, and your balance never goes below zero. Top up and carry on.
Am I allowed to do this on any server?
That is up to each server. Read its rules first. If a server does not want AFK bots, we cannot change that.
How many bots can I run?
One on the free slot. On a paid slot it depends on the plan, and the number is listed with each one.
Do I have to cancel anything?
No. Nothing is debited from a card; you spend credits you have topped up yourself. Switch the renewal off for a slot and it ends when its 30 days are over.
